The US arrested.../ The luxurious life of the granddaughter of the murdered

The granddaughter of the Iranian general killed in January 2020, Qasem Soleimani , and her daughter have been arrested by ICE agents, the US State Department announced on Saturday.

She lived a luxurious life in Los Angeles and on Instagram criticized the US, calling it "the Great Satan."

Hamideh Soleimani Afshar , who allegedly celebrated attacks on American soldiers and military bases, and her daughter Sarinasadat Hosseiny, have had their Green Cards revoked due to their ties to the Iranian regime.

"While living in the United States, she promoted Iranian regime propaganda, celebrated attacks on American soldiers and military facilities in the Middle East, praised Iran's new Supreme Leader, denounced America as the 'Great Satan,' and expressed her unwavering support for the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, a designated terrorist organization," a US State Department letter confirming the arrests said.

Afshar, 47, entered the U.S. in 2015 on a tourist visa, was granted asylum in 2019. She secured a Green Card in 2021 from the Biden administration. She has made at least four trips to Iran since receiving her Green Card, the Department of Homeland Security said.
Hosseniy, 25, also entered the U.S. in 2015 on a student visa. She became a Green Card holder in 2023.

Her online persona was at odds with the Shiite Islam her mother espoused. Photos on her social media, which she has since deleted, show the beauty in a bikini, showing off her belly tattoos or relaxing on a jet ski in a swimsuit. Other Instagram posts show Hosseiny hanging out at clubs in Miami, vacationing in Alaska and partying in Las Vegas.

"It is a privilege to be granted a Green Card to live in the United States. If we have reason to believe that a green card holder poses a threat to the United States, the green card is revoked," Lauren Bis, a DHS spokeswoman, told The Post.

The State Department also referred to Afshari's extravagant life in Los Angeles, which she allegedly frequently documented on her Instagram account, which has apparently also been deleted.

The 47-year-old was seen by The Post on Saturday outside her two-bedroom apartment in the Tujunga area, hurriedly loading Louis Vuitton and Hermes handbags into her Tesla Model 3, hours after her arrest was publicly announced.

Neighbors told The Post that Afshar lived in a courtyard apartment on Plainview Avenue, about 20 miles north of downtown Los Angeles. Afshar's daughter was stopped by ICE while driving.

"The girl lives in Hollywood. The boyfriend told me that he and Sarina were driving outside the house when they were hit by ICE cars. He said the agents were trying to find out where the mother was," a neighbor said.

Afshar's social media photos show her taste for expensive cars and clothing, which would be illegal in the Islamic Republic. In one photo, Afshar shows off a hand adorned with gold jewelry, manicured nails and a Louis Vuitton hoodie.

In another photo from her Instagram, she drinks a bottle of champagne in the desert next to a helicopter.

Afshari's husband, whose name was not released by the State Department, is now also barred from entering the United States.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio welcomed the withdrawal order as the joint US-Israeli war with Iran entered its sixth week.

"The Trump administration will not allow our country to become home to foreign nationals who support anti-American terrorist regimes," Rubio wrote on X.

Last month, the State Department also terminated the legal status of Fatemeh Ardeshir-Larjiani, the daughter of former Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Ali Larjiani.

Larijani, a regime hardliner who was considered the de facto leader after the Israeli strike that killed Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, was killed on March 16 by joint US-Israeli airstrikes.

Qasem Soleimani, who led the notorious Quds Force in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, was killed in a drone strike ordered by President Trump in Iraq in 2020 near Baghdad International Airport in Iraq.

The United States claimed that Soleimani was a valuable target, claiming that he was planning attacks on American diplomats and soldiers in Iraq.

Iran has not forgotten its leader, naming a new model of ballistic missile that has been fired at Israel " Haj Qassem ."

According to the FARS news agency, these missiles are designed to evade the Jewish state's Iron Dome defense system./ NYPost
