Efforts to end war with Hezbollah, Lebanese government ready to form delegation to negotiate with Israel

Lebanon's government is preparing to form a delegation to negotiate with Israel, in an effort to end the war with Iran-backed Hezbollah. 

According to reports, the process of forming the delegation is underway, but the time and place of the meeting have not yet been determined. Among the options being considered for holding the talks are Paris and Cyprus.

"Negotiations are underway and procedures for forming a delegation are being prepared, but neither the time nor the place have been finalized," an official said, adding that Lebanon is also seeking a commitment from Israel for a ceasefire.

Meanwhile, the French government has also drawn up a plan to end the conflict in Lebanon.
