Violence and genocide against protesters, Rama and Hitaj are reported to SPAK

A group of Civil Society Activists will file a Criminal Report against Edi Rama as Prime Minister and Skënder Hitaj as Director General of the State Police tomorrow morning at SPAK. The report was formulated by a group of lawyers who have prepared the legal basis accompanied by numerous facts over the last 7 days.

1. For genocide against a part of society by differentiating it from the rest through labeling, discrimination, lynching and devaluation. This separation is done through violence, persecution, causing great physical and psychological harm

2. Exercising influence for illegal actions by promising money to law enforcement officers.

3. Abuse of office with actions that have consequences for the interests of citizens

4. Giving illegal orders that violate the freedom and integrity of the individual

5. Failure to take measures to end the state of illegality

6. Taking active actions to hinder freedom of expression and organization. /Alfapress.al
