"Your diplomas are escape tickets", the message of the students at the protest in front of the Ministry of Education

During the protest held in front of the Ministry of Education, students expressed their revolt not only with chants, but also through symbolic messages on the walls and perimeter of the building.

On one of the entrance pillars of the institution, the strong message is written in spray-painted graffiti:

“Your diplomas are your escape ticket .” This slogan reflects the deep concern of Albanian youth about the lack of prospects in the domestic labor market and the high tendency to emigrate after completing their studies.

Throughout the rally, young people raised concerns about educational conditions and their future, while the placement of these messages took place under the strict monitoring of police forces who had armored the entrance to the ministry.
