"Partizani" case/ Trial postponed for Berisha and other defendants due to lawyers' boycott

The Special Court postponed the trial of Berisha and the defendants in the case until November 9th.
The reason for the postponement is the lack of lawyers, who continue the boycott as a form of indefinite protest against the GJKKO regulation, which violates their profession of defense attorney.
Unlike other times and some judicial bodies, in the trial session of the foundation for Partizan, no fines were applied to the lawyers.
