Non grata the curse of Berisha that will never be removed!

Sali Berisha tries every day to keep his supporters motivated, although they often feel tired and disappointed by unfulfilled promises during the last three years.
• The promise to overthrow Rama within 6 months : He had declared that the government of Edi Rama would fall soon, but on the contrary, Berisha handed over another mandate in favor of Rama, not achieving any political victory in this period.
• Accusations against Basha for the elections : Berisha initially blamed Basha for the electoral failures, claiming that the elections were rigged. He then changed his stance, accusing Rama of capturing the elections through organized crime and corruption.
• Statements about honesty : Berisha has claimed that he has always been honest. However, the facts show that he has used his positions to enrich his family, reinforcing criticism of corruption.
• Relations with Rama : While he has accused Basha of collaborating with Rama, Berisha himself and his family have benefited from economic decisions of the Rama government, raising doubts about his public statements.
• The promise to remove the " non grata " status : Berisha has made another promise that is difficult to keep, saying that after the inauguration of Donald Trump as US president, he will work to remove the " non grata " status. However, historically no individual has achieved this in the US, making this promise seen as a rhetorical strategy rather than a feasible plan.
Sali Berisha has been declared " non grata " by the United States of America and the United Kingdom, with accusations related to corruption and negative influence on democratic institutions:
1. Non Grata in the USA (May 2021):
The State Department accused Berisha of engaging in significant corruption and using his position to enrich himself, his political allies and family members, as well as undermining Albania's democratic institutions.
2. Non Grata in the United Kingdom (July 2022):
British authorities banned Berisha from entering the country, citing his involvement in corruption and organized crime. According to reports, Berisha used his position to illegally influence state institutions and benefited from dubious wealth transactions.
These accusations have been made known within a wider program of the British government to limit the influence of corrupt individuals.
Sali Berisha sued the American Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, in a French court in Paris after his declaration " non grata " by the US State Department in May 2021.
The French court dismissed the lawsuit brought by Sali Berisha against the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken. Berisha knew that such a lawsuit had little chance of success, as Blinken enjoys diplomatic immunity.
However, Berisha's main goal seems to have been to create the impression among his supporters that he was fighting a battle to defend his name and dignity.
A similar situation happened with Great Britain, where Berisha, according to reports, paid an amount of 450 thousand euros to his lawyers to challenge the " non grata " measure.
The Special Security Appeals Court ( SIAC ) in London upheld the measure, upholding allegations of illegal profits from land transactions and protecting individuals involved in corruption and organized crime.
Despite his efforts, Berisha no longer mentions the " non grata " decision of Great Britain, which in terms of importance and consequences is even more serious than that of the USA.
This makes it clear that it is impossible for Berisha to remove this stain from his political career and CV.
