Berisha this year lost the battle for the monopoly of the opposition

At the beginning of the year that is coming to an end, the most "serious" attempt, as presented, to unify the opposition, which continued to remain divided between Berisha and Basha, began. The group of Basha's deputies, who until September of a year ago were still formally with him, broke away from him, but had not yet joined Berisha.
In order to make their whole operation believable, or what Gazment Bardhi later called "unity in diversity", an artifice had to be made, which in fact had nothing real in it. At the end of January, on those trips that Fatmir Mediu organizes at "Mängjesi i Lutjeve" in the USA, he took Gazment Bardhi and Damian Gjiknuri with him. Although they were not admitted to the hall where the ceremony took place, they were left in the lobby of a hotel to follow it online. They drank some coffee with congressmen and senators, and came to Albania with two pieces of news.
The first news was that the representative of the SP had admitted to the "Americans" that Berisha was the main factor in the division of the opposition, which was not something that was not known. The second news, which was said under his breath, was that the "Americans" (let's find out who they are), had ordered Bardhi to go to Berisha that he would take over the leadership of the DP.
To make their inventions believable, Bardhi, after returning from the USA, paid a visit under the window to Berisha and after that, took the leadership of Berisha's parliamentary group. Further, they won the trial for the DP seal and logo, and it all looked like a special operation to invade the DP.
All calculations were made with Berisha inside, and the repentant in the group. But the union of DP was not achieved. The anti-Berisë part of the PD remained unrepresented in Parliament, while Alibeaj formed a new party and Basha claims to compete with a party he calls the Euro-Atlantic PD.
In addition to these, four newly created parties began to strengthen the organization in public opinion, while Ilir Meta's party was heading towards degradation, along with the mental decline of its leader.
The arrest of Meta and the release of Berisha from prison further complicated the scheme. The release of Berisha obliterated the expectations of his regrets, practically undoing Bardhi as group leader and restoring Berisha's power within the DP. Ilir Meta's party, left without a leader and with many other small rivals, tries to do its best with PD.
The newly created parties are all opposition parties, but they do not accept Berisha. Meanwhile, Dashamir Shehi, the only one of the small old parties, is also against him. Only two old party leaders, Agron Duka and Fatmir Mediu, are looking for bargains without rejecting Berisha.
At the end of the year, all those who wanted to "throw" Berisha to present themselves as his saviors, with their return to PD, are now politically annihilated within PD. The others outside the PD are all against Berisha.
Within a year, Berisha not only failed to unite the opposition and take its monopoly, but fragmented it, creating a broad opposition spectrum that rejects him. His first big loss this year is losing the opposition monopoly. For the next loss, the day is known.
