Why men and women do not see colors the same

Testosterone is responsible for the processing of colors in the brain, but also for color blindness, which is more common in men than in women.

You've probably experienced an unusual color combination that your boyfriend or work colleague made, and you've been talking about it for days. But, like more or less everything in men, this too is a consequence of testosterone.

New York University research has shown that men actually see colors differently than women, and so for example the color orange looks more red to men, while women see it as orange.

Grass looks yellow to men, normal green to women. While problems with shades, men in particular have blue, yellow and green color.

As a consolation, men are very good at noticing details in moving images.
