Albert Gjukaj is known by everyone as the Albanian of elegant shoes. For 17 years, he has his own business, where he produces unique shoes of various types, even Australian crocodile leather.

In a Skype connection from Switzerland, for "ABC e Mêngjesit", Alberti has revealed that the shoes made by him cost up to 19,000 euros.

He has shown that he inherited this passion from his grandfather and for personalized shoes he needs up to 200 hours of work.

"These shoes that I have in my hands cost 14 thousand euros, they are alligator shoes from Australia. They are so expensive because it's about the material, because we have other leathers like all over the world, but this leather is from Australia and it's a bit more expensive than the others.

I have had this passion for shoes since I was little, because my grandfather was very curious about shoes and beautiful clothes. In the family, no one has done this job, but I have always had a passion to do it and it seemed to me something special.

We have two types, we have personal measures and according to the wishes of the customers, we also have them in the window, those who pass by take them.

We also have Albanian clients, these are the businessmen who care a lot about shoes. For shoes of this type, I need 150 to 200 hours of work", confessed Alberti.
