What makes Pope Leo XIV stronger than Pope John Paul II?

Pope Leo I 14 is taking extraordinary stances at a time when freedom is in bad shape and when totalitarian-minded governing systems and leaders are taking control of decision-making in many countries.

By the courage with which he is speaking and standing in the face of some of the worst forms of political perversion, sometimes fascist, sometimes ugly fragments of totalitarianism and populism, sometimes populist-fascist currents that commit or support genocide, Pope Leo XIV is equal to Pope John Paul II.
