Basha with citizens in Branch 1, presents economic and anti-corruption program: 9% flat tax, end to abuses of public money

The political leader of the Euro-Atlantic Coalition, Lulzim Basha, accompanied by candidate for MP Orjola Pampuri, held meetings today with citizens, families, young people and entrepreneurs in the Dega 1 area in Tirana.
During the talks, Basha emphasized that an honest and corruption-free Albania is not an abstract idea, but a concrete choice that can be realized with political will and action. According to him, the Euro-Atlantic Coalition is determined to support SPAK as a key instrument for guaranteeing justice and ending impunity.
Basha also guaranteed that SPAK will not be attacked, but will be supported and strengthened, as a guarantee for the citizen and not as a means of pressure or intimidation.
The focus of the meetings was also on the concrete proposals of the Euro-Atlantic Coalition's economic program:
For entrepreneurs:
• Establishment of a flat tax of 9%
• Abolition of VAT for small businesses
• Real facilities for opening and formalizing any honest initiative
For Albanian families:
• Subsidies for housing for young couples
• Doubling of assistance for single mothers
• Up to 20 thousand euros bonus for the third child
For young people:
• 100 million euros of investment for the NextGen program over 4 years
• Paid internships, support for start-ups and scholarships for girls
• Schools with extended hours, guaranteed lunch and conditions that give value to public education
At the end of the meetings, Basha emphasized that Albania is faced with a clear choice:
Either the Albania of 313 and unpunished corruption, or an honest Albania that develops and guarantees a better future for every family.
