Preç Zogaj: The three political consequences that will come after today's SP vote in favor of Balluk

Analyst Preç Zogaj, commenting on the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV on today's decision of the parliamentary majority not to lift the immunity of MP Belinda Balluku, stated that there will be three political consequences after this decision, from what the government will face against SPAK, that the SP will continue with the disparaging language towards SPAK and the reaction that will come from EU countries and the impact it will have on integration.

"I can speak about the political consequences of today's decision. It is a political decision of parliament.

The first consequence is the message that the SP and Rama that after the immunity is not lifted, you no longer have us on your side, but in front of you. For me it is not a problem, because it was a problem when the executive was standing over their heads. I think this is a normal fact. SPAK has been prepared for this confrontation from the attacks to the salaries that Rama mentioned. SPAK is now aware that it has the executive in front of it and will not be suggested and will continue working on the historic mission to punish impunity. This is the first message, without masks.  

The second consequence is a language used not only today, but also used in the SP, which as Archimedes' lever for the decision involves an investment language with rhetoric beyond words, that in the SPAK request there is no criminal offense for corruption.

Derogatory language turns into a curse. The relativization of the criminal offense is a curse for the administration and the people in Albania. The entire tone of the parliament's speeches has made a kind of judgment like a fifth-instance court.

The third consequence has to do with how it will be reflected in EU countries. The statements from Germany, Britain or the EU and Rama who has come out today are God. If this comes out without any cost for integration, I will say bravo to him. If he exchanges an aspiration for an immunity, then it falls on him," said Zogaj.
