The large citizen protest demands the end of the Rama-Berisha establishment, the leader of the DP: The prime minister should leave, I want a Caretaker Government!

It is truly interesting and a subject of psychological research how Sali Berisha and Edi Rama, even after 8 major citizen protests, pretend not to hear and understand its fundamental cause: The removal and bringing to justice of the corrupt political establishment before the Justice which is articulated with the call, "Rama in prison, Berisha in prison". After initially calling the protesters, "wretched", the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has reacted through a statement regarding the comments and interpretations made in the media about the DP's stance towards the latest youth and citizen protest.
In his Facebook post, Berisha says that the Democratic Party has supported the right of citizens to protest from the beginning and has severely condemned, according to him, the violence and pressure exerted against the protesters.
In his statement, which he described as "the basket after the harvest", he says that the party he leads supports without reservation the five demands of the representatives of the civic movement, recalling that many of them have been opposed for years by the opposition in Parliament. But Berisha, in his long note, forgets that the main cause of the protest is the removal of the corrupt political caste and the liberation of the political-economic and electoral system from the duopoly he has created together with Rama.
But despite this, Berisha believes that the day has come for him to pull the strings with the hands of the Protest, so he calls on Prime Minister Edi Rama to give up, according to him, threats and labeling of the protesters, while demanding his resignation and the creation of a caretaker government.
"Regarding several media articles and comments about the Democratic Party's stance on the powerful youth and civic protest, I would like to clarify the following:
First: The Democratic Party has stated from the beginning that it condemns with the greatest force the violence and kidnapping of peaceful protesters in Zvërnec, the epithets used by Edi Rama towards them, and the surrounding of the village with barbed wire, as in times of occupation.
Së dyti: Kjo protestë nuk është thirrur nga PD-ja, por ne e respektojmë atë dhe të drejtën e çdo qytetari për të protestuar. Partia Demokratike nuk u ka kërkuar asnjëherë anëtarëve dhe mbështetësve të saj që të mos e mbështesin apo të mos shkojnë në protestë, pavarësisht disa thirrjeve të orkestruara nga "opozita e opozitës" si vegël e faktuar e qeverisë kundër nesh dhe për agjendën e vet politike. Duke i konsideruar këto thirrje si përpjekje të "opozitës së opozitës" për të manipuluar politikisht protestën rinore e qytetare në funksion të agjendës së vet politike, qëndrimi ynë ishte i qartë: nuk duhet që gjethet apo degëzat të na pengojnë të shohim trungun madhështor të protestës së rinisë dhe qytetarëve shqiptarë.
Partia Demokratike është forca kryesore politike opozitare që këto vitet e fundit ka qëndruar fuqishëm dhe ka paguar çmimin më të lartë në përballjen me narkoregjimin e Edi Ramës, këtij "Pashiqi" shqipfolës – por edhe me mbështetësit ndërkombëtarë të regjimit të tij. Ajo arriti të faktojë me vendosmëri para shqiptarëve dhe botës vërtetësinë e kauzës së saj, përmes 8 rezolutave të organizatave politike më të mëdha në botë dhe raporteve kryesore të institucioneve më të rëndësishme ndërkombëtare, në të cilat dënohen me unanimitet shtypja e opozitës dhe pluralizmit politik, farsa elektorale, narkoshteti dhe plaçkitja e shqiptarëve nga Edi Rama dhe organizata e tij kriminale.
Ndaj, edhe pas formulimit dhe paraqitjes publike të pesë kërkesave nga përfaqësuesit e Lëvizjes së fuqishme rinore e qytetare, Partia Demokratike mbështet fuqimisht largimin e regjimit të paligjshëm e narkodiktatorial të Edi Ramës, kreut të organizatës kriminale më të rrezikshme në Evropë, kundër të cilit ajo organizoi 8 protesta të fuqishme si kryengritje paqësore kombëtare.
Kurse lidhur me mbështetjen e kërkesave të përfaqësuesve të Lëvizjes së fuqishme rinore e qytetare për anulimin e një sërë ligjesh të narkoqeverisë që lidhen me investimet strategjike, Korporatën e Investimeve, Partneritetet Publiko-Private (PPP), Paketën dhe Portën e Maleve, mjedisin dhe trashëgiminë kulturore, pa asnjë përjashtim, të gjitha ato janë kundërshtuar me forcën më të madhe nga PD-ja dhe grupi i saj parlamentar në komisionet dhe seancat parlamentare, e madje, në raste të caktuara, edhe në gjykatat e kontrolluara nga qeveria, ndaj dhe ajo i mbështet pa asnjë rezervë këto kërkesa.
Partia Demokratike ka vlerësuar dhe vlerëson shumë ndjeshmërinë dhe shpirtin e protestës së të rinjve, qytetarëve dhe shoqërisë civile për mbrojtjen e mjedisit si një arritje të madhe për kombin dhe Shqipërinë, por shton me vërtetësi se ajo është forca më e madhe politike që ka denoncuar dhe protestuar më shumë se kushdo tjetër kundër batërdisë nga qeveritarët dhe oligarkët e qeverisë në:
Parkun Kombëtar të Butrintit;
Parkun Kombëtar të Shebenikut;
Luginën e Drinit me Hidrocentralin e Skavicës;
The construction of Vlora Airport and the de facto destruction of bird habitat in the Narta Lagoon;
Destruction of the Shkumbin, Mat, etc. river beds.
For all of this, she is also proud of the price she paid.
Finally, the Democratic Party is not and will never be against foreign investments in Albania. It has welcomed and will welcome them with the sole and non-negotiable condition that they be made in full compliance with national and international laws.
At this point, the DPA is convinced that the most fundamental cause of the protest lies in the total lack of transparency by Edi Rama in the case of Zvërnec, as in any other case in which he behaves like the sultan of an out-of-date sultanate.
"Concluding: The Democratic Party fully supports the five just demands of the representatives of the powerful youth and civic movement and calls on Edi Rama to abandon the threats, arrogance, contempt and labeling of the protesters. For a single political solution, he must immediately resign, meet the demands of the representatives of the powerful youth and civic movement and create a caretaker government to prepare for free and fair elections in Albania," Berisha writes.
