The political leader of the Euro-Atlantic Coalition, Lulzim Basha, held a meeting today with citizens and structures of Branch 5 in Tirana, together with the team of candidates for MPs of this electoral zone, Taulanda Jupi, Diana Toma, Neli Demi, Shpresa Faslia and Rajna Tullumani.
Basha spoke about the electoral program and the commitments of the political force he leads for the May 11 elections, where he emphasized the country's biggest problem, namely corruption, which according to him, the time for rhetoric is over, concrete actions are needed.
"Therefore 7x7 = 313. Because the highest politicians of this country are in 313 or on the way to 313. The law on vetting politicians is not propaganda. It is the test that the old politics rejects out of fear. Because they have a lot to hide," said Basha.
He stated that the Euro-Atlantic Coalition is the only one that has undertaken initiatives in support of justice and has provided unconditional support to SPAK, such as the draft law on lifting the immunity of parliamentarians, the law on vetting politicians, and the establishment of the Stolen Assets Recovery Unit.
According to Basha, "Rama's Albania 2030 has turned into Albania 313", while adding that there can be no integration into the EU with a government that has one foot in prison.
"Either the money will be in the pockets of citizens, or it will be with Rama's friends. Either it will go for tax cuts, subsidies for farmers and investments in healthcare, or it will end up in the affairs of Ilir Beqaj and Frida Krifcë" - Basha said.
In closing, he said that only through punishing the corrupt can the path be opened for an honest economy and a European Albania.

Therefore 7x7=313, because the highest politicians of this country are all in the 313th, not on the way to the 313th. Desperate times require strong measures, which is why the law on the vetting of politicians is neither propaganda nor whim, it is an act deposited in Parliament and is one of the hinges that binds Edi Rama, Sali Berisham and the old politics. They don't even dare to bring the law on the vetting of politicians to Parliament to discuss it. Why? Because they have a lot to hide. While we not only have nothing to hide, none of us is subject to SPAK.
But we demand that we give PESAK all the necessary power, indispensable to bring the fight against corruption to the end. Nothing else is solved without a successful fight against corruption. Because corruption is the main obstacle to the country's economic development. It is the black face of Albania in relation to its international reputation. So, consequently in relation to Albania's integration into the EU. In short, there is no Albania in the EU without going before justice to account and to hold everyone accountable. And Edi Rama's whole game is to avoid his responsibility, his accountability until the end. There is no Albania in the EU, with a government that has one foot in prison. Edi Rama's Albania 2030 degenerated into Albania 313.
Therefore, for us, there is nothing more important than going all the way: one with support for SPAK, two with the politicians' law, three with the lifting of parliamentary immunity, four with the unit for the discovery and recovery of stolen assets in Albania and abroad, hundreds of millions and billions of euros stolen from Albanian citizens by those in power, which must also be returned to their true owners, the Albanian citizens of the Republic as a whole.
And here our message to citizens, whether from our candidates or from our structures, is very simple. As you have seen, the simple message works: the money will either be in the Albanian economy, or it will be with Edi Rama's friends, or it will be in the pockets of Albanians, or it will be with Edi Rama's friends. Or it will be returned in low taxes for Albanian entrepreneurship, or it will be with Edi Rama's friends, or it will be returned in subsidies for Albanian farmers, or it will be with Edi Rama's friends. Or it will be returned in investments for Albanian healthcare, or it will be with Edi Rama's friend. This is the first message, the two do not go together. Either healthcare with European standards, or Ilir Beqaj. Or agriculture, livestock, agro-processing with European standards, or Frida Krifcë.
