Këlliç's call to SPAK, Alibeaj: The reports were signed by Gazment Bardhi, but I don't know the details

Former Minister of Justice, Enkelejd Alibeaj, has commented on Belind Këlliç's call to SPAK, clarifying the circumstances of the reports made regarding the December 11 Assembly held by Sali Berisha at the "Air Albania" stadium.

Invited to the show "Off the Record" with Andrea Dangli, Alibeaj said that during that period criminal charges were filed for forgery of stamps and seals, as well as for financing the Assembly, but he emphasized that he was not their signatory and that he does not remember specific details.

"I apologize, it's not that I remember, because according to statutory rules, but also according to practice, the reports were mainly signed by the official who in that case was the general secretary, Mr. Gazment Bardhi," Alibeaj said.

He added that he could not confirm whether there was a separate report on the issue of financing the December 11 Assembly.

"I can't tell you now whether or not there was a specific report regarding the financing of the December 11 Assembly. I can't say, sorry, it doesn't come to my mind," declared the former Minister of Justice.
