Escalation of the Iran War/ France Sends Nuclear Aircraft Carrier to the Mediterranean

Emmanuel Macron has ordered the French nuclear-powered aircraft carrier to move from the Baltic Sea to the Mediterranean.

The French president said that the "Charles de Gaulle" will be accompanied by its air wing and frigates.

Macron added that Rafale fighter jets, air defense systems and airborne radar systems have also been deployed to the Middle East.

Earlier today, the Israeli military announced that it had struck an underground facility west of  Tehran , where a group of scientists were suspected of working in complete secrecy on a nuclear weapons development program.

"The operation dealt a critical blow to the Iranian regime's ability to develop nuclear weapons," the Israeli military said.
