Diaspora vote/ CEC is expected to decide on the company that will transport the ballots, here's how much the delivery could cost for each envelope

The Central Election Commission is expected to decide in the coming days the procurement procedure for selecting the foreign company that will send ballots to Albanians living abroad.
It is learned that there are 245,808 voters who have registered in PER and are part of the list of voters living outside Albania. Ballots will be sent to 85 countries around the world.
The fund designated for the transportation of ballots is 10 million euros excluding VAT.
According to one calculation, the shipping cost for sending and returning each envelope will be 40 euros.
Rules for how the shipment will be made:
When the postman arrives at the residence, he will physically knock on the voter's door and must hand over the envelope. The voter must sign.
If the voter is not found at home, he/she must go two more times. If the voter is not found even on the second and third occasions, the envelope with the ballot will be returned to the CEC.
