120 people are working three shifts at the external voting center to prepare envelopes with election materials that will be sent to registered voters in the diaspora.
With the exception of a few ballots in Fier, the stamping of 245,000 ballots and their insertion into the first envelope A has been completed.
This Sunday, the work continues with a chain process, where each voter in the diaspora receives a personalized envelope.
The ballot of the district where the citizen comes from, after being sealed and placed in an anonymized envelope A, is then placed in a larger envelope B, which holds the encrypted data of each voter.
The postal company then takes Envelope B, puts it in the yellow postal envelope, along with a guide, a list of the company's contacts around the world, and another postal envelope for returning the vote.
The postal company seals the envelope with address codes, and then takes delivery of them to distribute them to 85 countries around the world.
Currently, about 10,000 sets have been prepared, and the first shipment is expected to be made this Monday, marking for the first time in Albania, "early voting," as practically from Tuesday onwards, someone can vote without waiting for May 11.
Those who have been rejected, or have not registered with the CEC, continue to have their names on the voter list in Albania and can come physically to exercise their right to vote./Albanian
