Big Basta and Vesa Luma, one of the most beloved and iconic couples in Albanian music, seem to be facing a storm in their private lives. Speculations about a marital crisis have started after the rapper entered the television show "Ferma VIP 2", a decision that, according to sources close to the couple, was not welcomed by Vesa.
A detail that sparked many reactions occurred when Big Basta was asked during the show who he would miss the most during his stay at the farm. "For the son," he replied, while when moderator Luana Vjollca asked him further: "Only for the son?", he briefly added: "And the family," without mentioning his wife's name at any point.
This silence towards Vesa, coupled with the total lack of supportive posts from her on social media, has further deepened suspicions of an emotional estrangement between them. Even when during an evening at the farm one of Vesa's songs was played and Big Basta started singing and dancing with the residents, his greeting was again only for their son, Lian, leaving out his wife.
According to "Panorama Plus", sources close to the couple have confirmed that their relationship is going through a cold period, which was prompted precisely by the rapper's decision to participate in the reality show.
This comes as a stark contrast to just a few months ago, when the couple appeared together in Paris to remember the day of their proposal. “12.12.12 at 12:00” was the moment when Big Basta proposed to Vesa at the Eiffel Tower – a memory they rediscovered with their son 12 years later.
In an emotional post, Vesa wrote:
“ 12 years ago… he made the most beautiful proposal in the world… Today, on 12.12.24, at 12:00, we returned with the fruit of love to the same place. ”
But it seems that behind this idyllic appearance, new challenges have knocked on their lives. With Big Basta now in the public eye and Vesa choosing silence, it remains to be seen whether this is simply a temporary crisis or a step towards a final separation.
