In the right suborbital zygomatic region, there is a remnant of a wound in the shape of an inverted letter "L", with a horizontal direction starting from the right cheekbone and going towards the bridge of the nose, with the length of the short arm 2.1 cm and the arm 5.2 cm long, gutter-shaped, with reddish color and white and black shades, on which the marks of the 13 stitches are projected.
The area around the remnant of the wound appears edematous, ellipsoid in shape, with diameters of 7 x 3.5 cm. In the right thoracic region, another wound residue can be observed, with the same characteristics, longitudinal shape, slightly arched, 2.3 cm, with a vertical direction, with the presence of the remains of 6 sutures. In the right frontal region, the presence of a darkened area of the skin measuring 3×2 cm, with a rough consistency, visible at a considerable distance is noted.
No other external bodily injuries were found. The injured party performed an electroneurographic examination for the facial nerves on the right side of the face, and the examination results are as follows:
"The electrophysiological parameters are within the norm for the facial nerve. The asymmetry that is pointed out is more dedicated to small damages of the muscle fibers or the end branches of the facial nerve".
Conclusion : Based on the above data, we come to the conclusion that:
Citizen Klea Prenga was found to have facial wounds with the above-mentioned characteristics and locations, accompanied by visible asymmetry of the upper lip and musculature of the right side of the face.
These damages are permanent, irreparable on their own or with common medical techniques, as such they have resulted in disfigurement to the citizen above; therefore, based on the criterion of "ugliness", these injuries fall into the category of serious bodily injuries".
