On the field after 37 years, Flamurtari and Barcelona replay the match in Vlora

Flamurtari and Barcelona return to the field after 37 years. The protagonists of the two matches of 1986-1987 return to play at the Flamurtari stadium, in an activity that will take place in Vlora in June.

Nostalgia for the former footballers of Flamurtar, but also emotions that bring back to Vlora one of the biggest teams of that time. Vasil Ruci, the author of that goal against Barcelona in the first match, but also the legendary former defender Kreshnik Cipi call this activity a return to the glory of those years for Vlora, as well as for the citizens.

The initiative taken about a year ago has also been welcomed by Barcelona's veterans, while they want to turn it into a party by inviting citizens to fill the stadium as it was then.

Flamurtari and Barcelona met two years in a row in the European Cups with a victory of Flamurtari, two draws and a victory of Barcelona. It is expected to be a sports holiday in Vlora.
