The tragedy of the Albanian woman that shocked Greece, the 28 minutes that led Mirto to death, the secrets hidden in "room 10"

Greek authorities are trying to piece together the puzzle to form a picture of the fateful night of Easter Monday in Argostoli, when 19-year-old Mirto of Albanian origin lost her life.
The 19-year-old, for whose death three people have been remanded in custody, is suspected of having used cocaine twice, which was confirmed by toxicology tests.
But could Mirto have been saved if her three "friends" had not left her alone and helpless on the sidewalk of Argostoli's central square?
The 28 minutes that authorities are focusing on seem to reveal exactly what happened in the hotel's "room 10." These are the dramatic minutes when Mirto loses consciousness.
At 4:02 a.m., the 66-year-old witness says the 19-year-old was fine on the video call they had.
At 4:20 a.m., 18 minutes later, the 26-year-old knocked on his friend's door in the next room for help.
Mirto lost consciousness within those minutes and no one specifies the exact time.
Another 11 minutes passed and at 4:31, the cameras recorded the 26-year-old holding the unconscious Mirto in his arms.
Mirto arrived at Argostoli hospital unconscious and, although the medical staff followed protocol and intubated him, it was too late.
The President of the Northeastern Attica Police Officers' Union, George Kalliakmanis, made a sensational revelation regarding the 19-year-old's death.
Initially, he emphasized, speaking to STAR, that the latest blow to drugs was the death of the young girl, as the problem on the island has been serious for several years.
He then discovered that a central role in this case is played by the 66-year-old man who sent 220 euros to Mirto immediately after a video call that took place between the elderly man and the young girl.
However, what is shocking is that "there was a plan to put the girl into prostitution," a plan that was not implemented due to Mirto's tragic end.
Finally, Kalliakmanis emphasized that in this case there is also a second young woman, an 18-year-old, who was in room 11, next to Mirto's room.
The secret of Mirto's abandonment by the three accused is hidden in the Peloponnese.
The first phase of the case of the death of Mirto from Kefalonia ended with the detention of all three defendants, but also with the funeral of the 19-year-old girl on the same day they were tried, which plunged the island, but also the entire society, into mourning.
Now, authorities are trying to put the pieces of the puzzle together and reach a complete solution to the case.
This will happen when it is clarified what the young people were doing in the room they rented, what role each of them played individually and together, and whether others besides the three detainees were involved.
According to Greek media, a key figure in this case is the victim's ex-boyfriend.
According to the same information, he stated that he had noticed that Mirto was getting into a "bad way" and had tried to break him out.
Mirto's ex-boyfriend, according to the same information, is suspected of threatening the two young men to cut off contact with the 19-year-old.
Threats and warnings may have played a role in the fact that the two young men decided to cover their tracks and try to avoid any involvement in the girl's death.
Fearing threats, they abandoned him in the square, and the rest is history and is being carefully examined by the authorities.
The 66-year-old from Preveza, who allegedly transferred the sum of 220 euros to Mirtos on the fateful night, whom he did not even know, has also been put under the microscope of security officers, a fact that further complicates the matter.
