"The demands of the protesters must be heard"/ The first reaction from Kosovo comes, the speaker of parliament for the protest: Stop the violence!

Regarding the student protests in Tirana, who are demanding the removal of Prime Minister Edi Rama, the first reaction has also come from Kosovo.
The Speaker of the Kosovo Parliament, Albulena Haxhiu, has said that the demands of protesters in Albania should be heard by institutions.
" It is very important that the protesters' demands are heard by the institutions, I believe that each of the leaders of the institutions there, the Assembly, the Government and the Presidency, has an obligation to address the students' demands, whether they are those that have come up now, or those that have been layered and started several years ago ," Haxhiu said in a statement after the meeting of the Presidency of the Assembly.
She said that violence must be stopped by both protesters and the police.
" Of course we do not support violence, violence must be stopped by both sides, I think it is important to have a serious approach to these protests, not arrogance, I think arrogance only encourages these protests, that is why I call for moderation, for seriousness to overcome divisions ," Haxhiu emphasized.
She said that the Vetevendosje Movement has never called for participation in those protests and that it is not their responsibility. Haxhiu emphasized that the Vetevendosje Movement cannot be held responsible for the participation of any citizen from Kosovo, since as she said, as a party it has great support.
