Just two months after his appointment, Migen Duka leaves the management of the Water and Sewerage Department in Durrës.
Albi Lika was appointed in his place, marking another change at the head of the SHRUKD within a few months. The SHRUKD has not given any official explanation for Duka's departure.
The new administrator was introduced this Monday to the company's staff, in the presence of the general director of the National Water Supply and Sewerage Agency, Fludian Çuka.
The outgoing administrator Duka from Elbasan, a young hydrotechnical engineer and businessman, was appointed in August, replacing Olsen Kavalli.
So far, SHRUKD has not given any explanation for his departure after such a short period in office.
This is the second change in the leadership of the SHRUKD within a few months, while the reasons for this rotation remain unclear.
