Footage has been secured of the moment when a person points a gun at another person in Elbasan. The footage shows the moment when the person who was the target of the attack leaves the premises of the bar while the perpetrator, who is outside, immediately gets up and points the gun at him.

The person reacts immediately by removing the weapon and then quickly leaves. The incident has raised concerns among other customers in the bar who get up from their tables in concern. The police have launched an investigation and have identified the suspect, while work is underway to locate and capture him.
