450 euros for dental masks, immigrant is cheated by dental laboratory

Marjus Muçllari, an Albanian living in France, tells the show "Stop" on Tv Klan that he was deceived by dental laboratory technician Emiljano Byreku, regarding an order for masks for teeth straightening. Marjus was introduced to the laboratory technician through a friend and in March paid 450 euros after Emiljano promised to make the masks within a short period of time.
But after 9 months of waiting, Marjusi received neither the masks nor an explanation. Moreover, when he asked for his money back, the lab technician lied to him several times without returning it.
Marjus Muçllari: Hello! My name is Marjus Muçllari! In March of this year, I wanted to get braces for straightening my teeth and I met a person who was referred to me by someone, a friend of mine. The person is called Emiljano Byreku. I spoke to the person in question. He promised me to get braces done. I had them measured and sent them to him, where I also paid the amount of 450 euros. Waiting, it became 9 months of waiting, he simply told me to wait, I will send them, I will do them, I have done them. There is no result! Now I have straightened my teeth here in France. Since he did not send me the braces, I have asked for my money back. Waiting for a deadline of three months and nothing has been done. I have sent my brother to meet him physically, he still has not responded. I demand the return of the amount from the show "Stop", because I will never be able to repay that money. I am working for that money, I am sacrificing and I have no obligation, no debt.
The “Stop” infiltrator contacted Emiliano posing as a potential client. He offered her a price of 1500–1600 euros for a pair of masks. In turn, under pressure, he sent Marjusi a message promising to return the money.
