Alarm in Saranda, children find a firearm in the city center

A firearm has been found near the city center of Saranda. The weapon, a “TT” pistol, was found by three minor children while they were playing in the area called “15 Katëshi”, on “Onhezmi” street.
According to preliminary information, the firearm was hidden in a handbag.
Immediately after the announcement, numerous police forces arrived at the scene and surrounded the area.
Police are working to identify the person who threw the firearm into the street, as well as to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
