According to media reports, the injured man, Pjetër Marku , had just returned from England and was involved in a brief conflict with the suspected perpetrator, who has now been identified by the police.

It is learned that the conflict began after the injured person asked the perpetrator to drive carefully and not to slash the vehicle's tires.

After this moment, the perpetrator is suspected of having pulled out his firearm and fired twice with the pistol, one of the bullets hitting Pjetër Marku in the arm.
