Gunshot wound in Mamurras

A 50-year-old man, identified as Pjetër Marku, presented himself to the Lezha regional hospital this Tuesday afternoon with gunshot wounds.

According to preliminary information, the injured Pjetër Marku suffered injuries to his hand and is out of danger.

"Around 16:25, citizen PM, 50 years old, resident of Mamurras, Kurbin, presented himself to the hospital for medical assistance, suspected of being wounded by a gunshot wound to the hand, under circumstances that are still unclear.

The 50-year-old is out of danger.

"An investigative group was immediately established and, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, investigations continue to clarify the circumstances and legally document the case," the police announced.
