Other details from the serious incident in Saranda: the injured man, Kostandin Vogli, in his testimony given to investigators stated that the conflict with Viktor Ruçi, the suspected perpetrator who is wanted, began due to disagreements regarding the administration of a beach bar.
According to his testimony, Vogli has indicated that he had previously been arrested and, while he was serving his sentence, Ruçi had removed his brother from the business, escalating the conflict between them. He emphasized that the clashes centered on the division of income from the activity and the non-implementation of the agreement they had between them.
"We had an agreement, but he didn't implement it. After I was imprisoned, Ruçi kicked my brother out of the business. Our conflicts started over the business's money. We had gone to clarify things after a few days ago we argued about this issue and couldn't find a solution. He was avoiding me and that night I found out he was at the bar," Vogli is reported to have stated.
As Top Channel correspondent Entjola Budo reports, according to him, the investment was made by both of them and the profits should also be shared.
