An unusual and bordering on madness event has occurred in our country, where an elderly man, due to a property conflict, deliberately poisoned the land by killing his fellow villager's livestock.
The incident occurred in Peqin, and the police announced that they took the 72-year-old man with the initials KS into custody after a complaint was filed.
The damage caused to the other person is 12 dead cattle, which were poisoned while grazing on the property claimed by the suspect.
"The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Peqin Police Commissariat referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen KS, 72 years old, as it is suspected that, for property reasons, he threw poisonous substances on the land where citizen TF's cattle graze, and as a result, 12 cattle died," the local police announced.
Further investigations into the case and the clarification of the circumstances and origins of the conflict are expected to be clarified by the Elbasan Prosecutor's Office.
