The person you see in the photo is Mikel Dodaj, the 56-year-old suspected of stabbing his daughter and a colleague of hers in the city of Durrës this Monday morning.
According to preliminary information, Dodaj hit the two people with a cutting tool on the street, leaving them injured.
They were immediately transported to the hospital, where they are receiving the necessary medical attention.
After the incident, the 56-year-old man left the scene, but was arrested a few hours later by the Durrës Police.
