UEFA gathers the best referees in Europe for an "advanced course", invitation for Rusta and Xhaja

UEFA will hold a special seminar in Limassol, Cyprus, in the first days of February with the best referees in Europe, and among them there are no shortage of Albanian names.

The only Albanian referee who belongs to the Elite category, Emanuela Rusta, has been invited by UEFA to be present at this event that starts on February 2 and ends on February 5.

Meanwhile, some of the VAR referees have also been invited, as well as some of those from the First Category. It is noteworthy that it was not the usual Ena Jorgji who received an invitation from Albania, but Juxhin Xhaja, in what now seems like a relay between the two main ones and a no longer so central role in the international arena of the Elbasan native.

This is the 34th advanced course that UEFA is organizing with the leading referees on the continent, to see their preparation, but also to familiarize them with the constant changes in the regulations of this category or even to discuss the episodes that have caused the most stir in the international arena.
