Assets worth €3 million were seized / 35-year-old notary speaks out: I continue working, my husband's past cannot affect me

Assets worth 3 million euros were seized today from notary Sanja Telhallari.
Investigations conducted by prosecutor Ndini Tavani have revealed that over the course of 11 years, from 2013 to 2024, the 35-year-old woman carried out a significant number of transactions for the purchase of real estate, including apartments, shops, parking lots and a villa in one of the most elite complexes in Tirana.
The notary has invested in movable and immovable assets, mainly in luxury cars and valuables that are not economically justified by the income from her activity as a notary. The 35-year-old did not hesitate to publish this luxury on her social networks.
According to the Tirana prosecutor's office, it is suspected that part of the funds used to purchase the assets came from her ex-husband, Klodian Porja, who has been declared internationally wanted by Italian authorities and has been convicted of serious criminal offenses, including the criminal offense of "Exploitation of prostitution", with a maximum sentence of up to 21 years in prison.
Contacted by Top Channel, the notary said that she continues to work normally and that she will speak out when the court and the prosecution have had their say. According to her, her husband's past cannot affect her and that all of her income as a notary is legal.
But despite these doubts, the 35-year-old notary had a normal work day at her notary office in Tirana this Monday, waiting for and seeing off clients.
