Clashes over Vlora Airport / The Supreme Court overturns Valon Ademi, Behgjet Pacolli returns to the project

The High Court has rejected the request of businessman Valon Ademi and his company regarding the administration of Vlora Airport, paving the way for Behgjet Pacolli's company to return to the project.
With the decision taken today, the High Court reversed the previous decisions of the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal in Tirana, overturning the precautionary measure of the lawsuit requested by the companies "Vlora International Airport" and "ZA Group".
Previously, the Court of Appeal had upheld the decision that granted Valon Ademi the right to administer Vlora Airport, while Behgjet Pacolli's company was excluded from decision-making.
The legal clash between the parties had also brought tensions to the airport construction site, where clashes were reported in recent days between employees of Pacolli's company and representatives of Adem's company.
