SPAK has aggravated the position of the former mayor of Himara, Jorgo Goro, who is in prison for the alienation of the land in the village of Gjileke with forged documents, which was granted to the former socialist deputy Artan Gaçi, the husband of the former minister Olta Xhaçka, to build a resort as a strategic investor.
According to Tch, at the time when Jorgo Goro continues to be in prison for the land alienation scandal, SPAK has made a second request where it has asked GJKKO to place a seizure on 4 hectares of land in the municipality of Himara.
There are doubts that Goro donated this 4-hectare land surface to the newly appointed mayor of Himara, Arqile Bollano, while the latter's name appears in SPAK investigations.
On June 7, Arqile Bollano took office as the commanding mayor of Himara, after the vote by the Municipal Council, as he replaced Blerina Bala, who resigned, in that position.
The name of Arqile Bollanos also appears in the reports that Fredi Beleri made to SPAK about Jorgo Goron. Bollano has not yet been questioned by SPAK.
Bollani is the third mayor of Himara, who looks like he will have the same fate.
