Rama's "Besa", a promise at the wrong time

The only "trust" of a prime minister is to build a state of law, where the implementation of the law and accountability lead. To claim that your officials have their backs instead of their faces and to demand that the contract be continued as if it were harmless is either a hypocrite or a liar. You cannot demand trust when you yourself have not shown that you keep your promise to what you promised.
Of course, this ridiculous process is guaranteed by the most ridiculous opposition, which insists on not accepting that the protest has definitively divided the time of political ideas - there are no more communists and anti-communists, but corrupt and uncorrupted, trustworthy and untrustworthy. And Rama, with his speech on Friday, hinted that after this protest he will no longer face a Berisha politically "shrunk" by popular distrust and international rejection, but there will be an intelligent part of society that sees the protest as a vein of a new political "fence".
Edi Rama can reveal many truths about his governance in the "Besa" document, but after 13 years in power, entering the 14th year, he cannot write the most important thing there - he has cut Albanians off from Besa, building a government that sees the citizen as a profitable mechanism, that can use them for votes, for bribes, for denunciations, but not listen to them as an individual with dignity. The extreme bullying that Rama does to anyone who criticizes him is enough to not listen to the monologue-besa at all. And it is terrible when you see Rama himself complacent about a speech full of metaphors. But he himself knows that when it is understood that you have only words, they no longer work, because people understand that actions are the true character, not words.
However, put on the same political footing as Berisha since the beginning of the protest, he has understood that only lynching Berisha will no longer help him in the political battle, so he is trying to make a division - to ignore Berisha who no longer has any hope of rivalry, and to find an opposition without a party, such as the angry citizens. This step is perhaps the biggest trick, as he seeks to play the role of the opposition himself, attempting to eliminate one of the most important mechanisms in a liberal democracy.
In this process, he has an ally, the powerlessness of the DP to shake off its apathy and powerlessness to accept its own situation in front of the Albanians, as well as the powerlessness of Shehaj, Lapaj and Qor to create a common front that represents a voice as close as possible to the protest.
However, Rama knows that the "Besa" contract can only be valid with the parliamentary group and the leaders of the Socialist Party, as it has long since lost the "magic of the algorithm" that for weeks has made Rama unwanted in Albania and in the international arena. However, he knows well that relying only on the hope that the DP will remain hostage to Berisha, he no longer has a political guarantee.
