New warning from the Iranian military: The response to any invasion will be overwhelming! We have almost 1000 strategic drones

Iran's Armed Forces Chief of Staff, General Amir Hatami, has warned the United States of an "immediate and devastating response", just hours after Tehran announced it had deployed 1,000 strategic drones.

"In the face of the threats we face, the army's priority is to strengthen strategic advantages, in order to provide an immediate and devastating response to any invasion or attack," the Iranian general declared.

According to Iranian state television, following orders from Hatami, combat artillery units have been equipped with “1,000 strategic drones,” produced by the army in cooperation with the Defense Ministry. Their production, according to Iranian authorities, is the fruit of “lessons learned from the 12-day war” with Israel in June.

The new development comes at a time of heightened tensions in the region, while in recent days there have also been reports of the arrival of an American aircraft carrier in the Middle East.
