Tragedy in Hamburg/ Train collides with a truck, 12 people injured

At least 12 people have been injured, one of them in a life-threatening condition, after an ICE train collided with a truck in Hamburg.
A fire department spokesman said the seriously injured man was taken to hospital for medical treatment, according to German media.
Authorities reported that 269 people on the train escaped without injury. Police are currently preparing to evacuate the train.
The accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon in the Rönneburg district of Hamburg.
