Suspected of being stolen in Germany/ 3 luxury cars worth 450 thousand euros seized, three people prosecuted in Tirana

Three luxury vehicles, with a total value of around 450 thousand euros, suspected of being stolen in Germany, have been seized in Tirana as part of the police operation codenamed "Stolen Line".

The police have criminally prosecuted three people who were found driving the vehicles, while two young men, suspected of being their traffickers in Albania, have been declared wanted.

Among the seized vehicles are a "Mercedes Benz G-Class 63 AMG", a "Mercedes Benz GT 63 AMG" and a "Mercedes Benz S-Class 580e".

The police operation codenamed "Stolen Line" continues, against the trafficking in Albania of luxury vehicles stolen abroad.

3 luxury vehicles, with a total value of around 450,000 euros, suspected of being stolen in Germany, are seized.

Criminal proceedings are being filed against 3 citizens who were driving the vehicles at the time of the incident.

Two citizens suspected of trafficking vehicles in Albania are identified and wanted.

As a result of the investigative work carried out within the framework of the "Stolen Line" operation, with the objective of cracking down on cases of trafficking in Albania of luxury vehicles stolen abroad, specialists from the Section for the Investigation of Illegal Trafficking found another case in this field.

Following the procedural actions, 3 luxury vehicles were seized, specifically 1 vehicle type "Mercedes Benz G-Class 63 AMG", worth around 200,000 euros, 1 vehicle type "Mercedes Benz GT 63 AMG", worth around 150,000 euros, and 1 vehicle type "Mercedes Benz S-Class 580e", ​​worth around 100,000 euros.

In connection with this case, citizens FD, 24 years old, and KV, 22 years old, suspected of having trafficked vehicles into Albania, with the aim of selling them, were identified and declared wanted.

Also, citizens EH, 41 years old, SU, 27 years old, and KB, 39 years old, who were found driving the vehicles at the time of their seizure, were criminally prosecuted at large.

Work is underway to capture the 2 wanted citizens, as well as to fully document the criminal activity and identify their accomplices.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
