Flamur Noka, the general secretary of the Party led by Sali Berisha, has confirmed that he is being investigated for money laundering, accusing the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, in a similar way as Sali Berisha himself acted.

Flamur Noka is not taken hostage as long as he is alive. They are clear already ." Flagur Noka declared this yesterday, attacking Dumani.
But in fact, it is not Duman's fault. The accusations of money laundering and links to crime were made by Gazment Bardhi himself, in the parliament, like Sali Berisha.
Gazmend Bardhi, the vice-president of the Party led by Berisha, has publicly accused Flamur Noka in the parliament a year ago, of hiding a villa worth 760 thousand euros in Gjirin e Lalzi. These villas, including those of Berisha and Noka, were built at the time when Berisha was in power. It was precisely Sali Berisha, in the capacity of KKRT chairman, who approved the construction permits for the Lura tourist village in Lalzi Bay.
In October 2022, Gazmend Bardhi was very harsh in his accusations against Flamur Noka. He publicly denounced him for links to organized crime and money laundering originating from drug trafficking. In his speech in parliament, Bardhi declared:
" Your drug dealer friend, when you were Home Secretary, suffocated Britain with drugs and then decided to launder drug money with real estate, with whom you often have lunch and dinner. And since we are at this point, it is an occasion to recall that with this drug trafficker friend, Sali Berisha also got in the neck, wearing the stamp of connection with representatives of organized crime .
Meanwhile, Sali Berisha has been declared "person non grata", also by Great Britain, precisely because of his connections with exponents of organized crime.
