Why did Edi Rama defend the fake news about Basha?!

We realized a long time ago that we have a joker prime minister, when every time his corrupt associates fell into the net of justice, he declared that he bears no responsibility because they had eaten plums behind his back.
But for him to defend and make fun of fake news that talks about loss of life, there must have been some great concern that prompted him to react.
Edi Rama, who has long not reacted to anything in this country, except for arguing with commentators on social networks, found time today to react to the fake news about Lulzim Basha.
This reaction came just a few days after Basha declared that he would participate in the May 11 elections with a coalition of values, being open to anyone who unhesitatingly supports SPAK and allows them to compete with open lists.
In this political context, there is also 'Fake news' about the death of Lulzim Basha in a car accident.
Was the news a threat to Lulzim Basha's life?
We cannot say this with certainty, because it is up to the competent authorities to provide an answer.
But, on the other hand, let's not forget that Basha was the key figure in the resolution in the European Parliament to freeze Russian assets, just as he is the first politician to target the old political class, including Rama, Berisha and Meta, who were given the emblematic epithet 'Bermuda Triangle'.
Lulzim Basha was also the highest exponent of Albanian politics present at President Trump's inauguration, reconfirming the wavelength with the Republicans who are in control of the White House and Congress, as happened in 2016, when Rama was forced to bribe FBI chief agent McGonigal to harm Lulzim Basha.
Basha himself brought this to attention in his response to Rama:
"I know, for you, whoever doesn't steal, sleeps. I don't have those worries, that they have killed your sleep, with friends and family, that they caught you with apples and pears, "behind your back", with the scumbags caught buying criminal votes for you, or your "friend" McGonigal, who is in prison today, paid, to fabricate meanness against me." - Basha wrote.
And as the elections approach and the prime minister has stepped on a time mine that could explode at any moment due to the troubles with justice that have become a headache in his own backyard, the attacks on Basha show who he fears in the opposition camp.
Because despite the collaboration between Rama and Berisha to hit him with the heavy media and oligarchic machinery, Basha continues to remain the only alternative in the opposition ranks for a change of course in Albanian politics. By separating him from the legacy of leaders who grew up politically in the schools of the Party of Labor and started their careers in the last century, looking like stuffed dinosaurs, who seek at all costs to impose on Albanians the continuation of an era that no one wants anymore, that of impunity.
