The Ensemble of Folk Songs and Dances brought the show "Songs of my Homeland" to the National Theater of Opera, Ballet and Folk Ensemble last night.

The concert with the participation of a large number of singers was realized in honor of the Great Master of Pen and Polyphony of the South, Lefter Çipa, "The Honor of the Nation". The musical values, choral parts elaborated by master Çipa's creativity and the combination of vocal polyphony with folk instruments, as well as the choreographic etude came from the orchestra, soloists, vocal group, AP dance group, as well as various polyphonic groups.

For the first time, the TKOB diva Eva Golemi came in a duet with the Albanian rock legend, Aleksandër Gjoka, in an arrangement of the famous song "Tundu bejke e bardë" by the composer and artistic director of the National Ensemble, Sokol Marsi.
