Murder of Liridona Ademaj, perpetrator: They told me she was a Serbian

A court hearing was held in Kosovo today for the murder of Liridona Ademaj, an event that created outrage in Kosovo and Albania.

Tomë Dodaj was sentenced to 5 years in prison and a 5,000 euro fine after admitting to selling a gun with 20 rounds of ammunition to Naim Murseli for 280 euros. Dodaj pleaded guilty before the black squads.

Meanwhile, Naim Murseli, who is accused of having promised 30,000 Euros in compensation for the murder of his wife, does not feel guilty for the murder of Liridona Ademaj. He has declared himself not guilty when asked to plead guilty or not guilty.

The indictment states that Naim Murseli had held Liridona with one hand so that she would not dodge the bullet.

While the perpetrator of the murder, Granit Plava, has defended himself in silence, Kushtrim Kokalla has said that he will not make a statement without consulting his lawyer. During the initial hearing on January 31, the Prosecution read the indictment against the four defendants.

According to the indictment, Naim Murseli stated that the motive for the murder was high pressure from his wife and her jealousy. Granit Plava stated that he was told that he had to kill a Serbian businesswoman. And Kushtrim Kokalla said that Murseli had begged him for a year to kill Liridona.
