"More tomorrow"/ The 122nd protest against Rama and the corrupt Caste closes: The end has come!

The 122nd protest against the government and Prime Minister Edi Rama, held in Tirana, ended this evening. Citizens first gathered at Skanderbeg Square and then marched towards the Prime Minister's Office, where speeches and calls against the government continued.

This protest marks the 122nd day of resistance by citizens, who continue to demand the removal of Edi Rama from office and a change in the political situation in the country.
The protesters' demands also include the creation of a transitional technical government with a 12-month mandate, which, according to their platform, would prepare the country for the next elections.

During today's rally, several activists and protesters spoke from the podium in front of the Prime Minister's Office, repeating their messages against the government. One of the repeated calls was for the Prime Minister to resign, while the protesters also requested the intervention of justice institutions on the issues they raise.

Activist Edison Lika stated from the protest that their goal remains the removal of Rama and the government, emphasizing that the participants will not withdraw from the square. "Today we are on the 122nd day of resistance. We have been serious from the beginning when we said: we will not leave the square without the departure of Rama," he said.

Activist Arvina Lleshi also recalled the main demands of the protest, placing at the top of them the resignation of the prime minister and government, as well as the establishment of a transitional technical government.

During the evening, the protest also conveyed messages for greater youth involvement. Various activists called on students and young people to join the rallies, while chants such as "Without youth, there is no Albania" and "Arrest Rama" were heard in the square.

Protesters have stated that they do not consider the resistance to be over and that the rallies will continue in the coming days, demanding political change and the removal of the current government.
