Police intervene to disperse protesters, water tankers appear on the boulevard, officers remove media

State Police forces have intervened to disperse protesters in Tirana, on the 13th day of the student revolt against the government of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

The intervention occurred at a time when, according to reports from the protest, the rally was taking place peacefully, causing tensions between participants and police officers.

Officers are seen removing film crews from the "Martyrs of the Nation" boulevard, while tear gas is also fired.

Students, youth, and citizens continued their protest this Sunday demanding the resignation of the prime minister, while isolated incidents of stone-throwing towards institutions and police vehicles were also recorded during the day.
