"Albania Becomes" has launched the announced protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office.
Protesters hold placards mocking Prime Minister Edi Rama and his deputy, Belinda Balluku, for whom SPAK is seeking the arrest.
One of the banners read: "Albanians are drowning, the Prime Minister is playing with turtles", while another against Balluk read: "I am a first-rate thief, whoever I catch doesn't come out alive".
