Prime Minister Edi Rama and the socialist mayor of Dimal, Juliana Memaj, were involved in a brief exchange of remarks, at the start of the head of government's meeting with mayors from across Albania.
While making the presentation, Rama saw Juliana Mema of Dimal in the first row of mayors, who had picked up her cell phone. His reaction was initially somewhat harsh, but when the mayor told him the reason, Rama immediately changed the course of the conversation, with humor.
