"When I didn't leave you there at the end"/ Rama gets angry with the mayor of Dimal: Great God...

Prime Minister Edi Rama and the socialist mayor of Dimal, Juliana Memaj, were involved in a brief exchange of remarks, at the start of the head of government's meeting with mayors from across Albania.
While making the presentation, Rama saw Juliana Mema of Dimal in the first row of mayors, who had picked up her cell phone. His reaction was initially somewhat harsh, but when the mayor told him the reason, Rama immediately changed the course of the conversation, with humor.
The mayor told her that she is a mother of 4 children and apparently, she had something justified so she picked up the cell phone.
Edi Rama: That's why I said, come to the front row, so you can make phone calls, because I know you have a lot of work to do, yes... That's why you were sitting at the end.
Edi Rama: Here it begins. The rest of us who don't have 4 kalamaj shouldn't touch the phone, whoever has 4 kalamaj should stay on the phone.
- Mayor Dimal says something, but it is not understood because she does not have a microphone
Edi Rama: Okay, fine, agreed. I don't want to seem like I'm against caring for the turtles. Good Lord, I don't... This is what happens when you don't learn lessons. I don't learn lessons in relation to you, instead of leaving it there at the end, I told you to come here first.
