Today, the Albanian Parliament meets in plenary session.

The agenda includes the approval of the minutes of previous sessions, interpellations with ministers, a question-and-answer session, as well as the review of several important draft laws and draft decisions.

In accordance with Article 7, point 6, and Article 27/1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly, based on the calendar of
the Assembly's work for the period 9 -27 February 2026,
I ORDER:
I. The Assembly shall convene in plenary session on 12.2.2026, at 10:00.
II. The agenda of the plenary session is as follows:
1. Approval of the minutes of the plenary sessions of 27.1.2026 and 3.2.2026.
2. Announcements.
4. Interpellation with the Minister of Education, Ms. Mirela Kumbaro, requested by MP Erisa Xhixho.
3. Interpellation with the Minister of Education, Ms. Mirela Kumbaro, requested by MP Erald Kapri.
5. Question-and-answer session with the Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Ms. Evis Sala,
requested by MP Erion Braçe.
6. Draft law “On the foreign service in the Republic of Albania”.
7. Draft law “On an amendment to law no. 61/2012 “On excise duties in the Republic of Albania”,
amended.
8.
Draft law “On an addition to law no. 92/2014, “On value added tax in the Republic of
Albania”, amended.
9.
Draft law “On some amendments to law no. 27/2018 “On Cultural Heritage and Museums”
10. Draft decision “On the approval of the structure, organization and classification of salaries of
part-time staff, recruited for the processing of electoral materials, of the Central
Election Commission”.
11. Draft decision “On some additions to decision no. 65/2025 “On the appointment of substitute members in
the composition of the permanent committees of the Assembly”, amended.
12. Discussions on issues outside the agenda.
III. The services of the Assembly are charged with publishing the agenda of the plenary session, notifying
the members of the Assembly by electronic means of communication, as well as preparing the
parliamentary documentation to be reviewed.
IV. This order shall enter into force immediately.
