The clash between Balla and Berisha's son-in-law, Klodiana Lala tells what

Journalist Klodiana Lala, invited to the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV, has shared details from the trial for the "Partizani" case, where there was a clash between Taulant Balla, witness and accuser, and Jamarbër Malltez, defendant.

"Mr. Balla was SPAk's first witness in the Partizani case. Balla was first on the list because he is a whistleblower, and according to the list he had compiled, he should have questioned the person who made the complaint. The prosecutors' questions were brief. Balla claimed that he had obtained information through the media and requests for information about the privatization of the former Partizani club. He said that he had managed to obtain information that raised suspicions that the procedure was irregular.

The clash with Malltez, they accused Balla of being a false witness, using false information, losing his memory when giving explanations, they claimed that he accessed their personal data. The hearing lasted 4 hours.

2-3 moments should be taken into consideration. Balla said it is a good day for justice. When we asked him about SPAK's request for Balluk, he did not give any explanations. Mr. Balla said that he hopes to come as a witness on January 21, since he is a prosecutor, but when the ball was passed to the socialists, he avoided answering.

Balla claimed that the state mechanism had been put at the service of Malltezi. While Malltezi claimed that Balla had provided false information.

It remains now to see the process.

"Basically, this was the session. I would have preferred Mr. Berisha himself to be there, to understand the contradictions of the parties," Lala declared.
